WORK WEEK - GUARANTEED Clause Samples

The "Work Week - Guaranteed" clause establishes a minimum number of work hours or days that an employee is assured of being paid for each week, regardless of whether the employer provides sufficient work. Typically, this means that even if there is a shortage of available tasks, the employee will still receive compensation equivalent to the guaranteed work week, such as 40 hours. This clause provides income stability for employees and ensures predictability in scheduling, while also protecting workers from sudden reductions in pay due to fluctuating workloads.
