Shift work bonuses. The following separate shift work bonuses shall be paid for evening and night hours in shift work proper as of the start of the wage payment period beginning on 1 March 2014 or soonest thereafter: evening shift (e.g. from 14.00 to 22.00) 115 cents/hour night shift (e.g. from 22.00 to 06.00) 211 cents/hour The shift work bonus may also be divided in other ways per shift, but the total bonus payable for a 24-hour period shall correspond to the foregoing sums. As of the start of the wage payment period beginning on 1 March 2014 or soonest thereafter, a separate Saturday bonus of 211 cents per hour shall be paid to employees in uninterrupted three- shift work and in continuous double or single shift work for each hour of regular working time worked by the employee during a Saturday working shift.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement.   • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Program MSUAASF and Minnesota State may develop a sick leave incentive program through the establishment of a joint committee.

  • Incentive Compensation During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee from time to time. The Executive’s initial target annual incentive compensation shall be 40 percent of his Base Salary (the “Target Annual Incentive Compensation”). Except as otherwise provided herein, to earn incentive compensation, the Executive must be employed by the Company on the day such incentive compensation is paid.

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.
