Shift Work. 11.01 Shift work may be performed at the option of the employer. 11.02 In the event that shift work is instituted such shift work shall be scheduled between Sunday Midnight and Friday Midnight and shall continue for at least three (3) consecutive week days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and designated holidays. 11.03 When more than one (1) shift is in operation, hourly rated employees employed on the second shift and/or those employed on the third shift shall be paid a shift differential.
