Shipping and Insurance. All costs of shipping and insurance shall be borne by Customer. Supplier shall have no liability for lost or damaged Products that are shipped in accordance with Customer’s instructions.

Shipping and Insurance. The Contract Vendor will pay the costs to pack, handle and ship all survey equipment. The insurance coverage for each piece of survey equipment transferred between designated pick-up locations and the vendor service center shall be paid for by the Contract Vendor. All shipping and insurance charges shall be included in the bid costs for each piece of survey equipment. The MDT personnel may deliver/pick up survey equipment receiving service work to and from the Vendor’s service center free of charge. The Contract Vendor will be responsible for survey equipment from the time the equipment leaves a designated MDT location (see Section 2.1. of the Contract Provisions) and until the equipment is returned to a designated MDT location. The successful bidder shall provide the state with proof of full replacement value insurance for each piece of survey equipment. Certificates indicating insurance coverage shall be filed with the MDT Purchases Services Bureau prior to the award of the contract. The equipment shall be insured for full replacement value while being transported and serviced by the contract vendor. The successful vendor shall maintain Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Insurance.
