SHIPPING/STORAGE. 1. Campus Recreation cannot accept any freight or materials (including overnight delivery services) prior to Client’s contracted start date. 2. All shipments must be delivered in the name of the Client on your move-in day, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved in writing the Campus Recreation. 3. All shipments should be addressed to Client or their agent and not Campus Recreation. Campus Recreation employees cannot sign for freight or materials for Client’s event. 4. All items must be brought in and removed within the reservation time, unless previous arrangements have been made and approved in writing with Campus Recreation. 5. Campus Recreation does not have storage space available and all items left after the contracted time may be disposed of by Campus Recreation at the Client’s expense. Client will be billed for any and all charges associated with the removal and disposal.

SHIPPING/STORAGE. To facilitate shipments into and out of the Convention Center and or hotel, the SOA will select an official service contractor for drayage/cartage; all details of equipment/display and movement on the docks of the Hotel are under the jurisdiction and supervision of the official service contractor. Fire regulations prohibit storage of any kind behind or next to exhibits including empty packing materials. All empty containers must be labeled with “EMPTY” stickers and placed in the aisle for temporary storage by the service contractor. Tags will be available at the service contractor’s desk. To protect against loss, small cases should be placed inside larger ones. The storage area will be inaccessible during the Exhibit. Exhibitors are asked to check crates carefully for essential booth material that might be needed during the Exhibit.
SHIPPING/STORAGE. Shipments of the Adjuvant, Clinical Trial Materials, Product, COVAXINTM Drug Substance and Drug Product Components shall be made EXW (as defined in Incoterms 2020) from the Facility. Title to same and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Ocugen accordingly after the Adjuvant, Clinical Trial Materials, Product, COVAXINTM Drug Substance or Drug Product Components, as applicable, is loaded onto the carrier’s vehicle for shipment at the EXW point. All shipping instructions of Ocugen will be accompanied by the name and address of the recipient and the shipping date and any costs and insurance associated with shipping will be borne by Ocugen. BBIL must provide all required documentation, including without limitation a Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Compliance, and the Records including analytical testing data, if any, for each lot of Adjuvant, Clinical Trial Materials, Product, COVAXINTM Drug Substance or Drug Product Components, certifying conformity with the Specifications, Applicable Laws, and cGMP. In addition, BBIL must provide all product/process documentation and analytical raw data of each lot, as well as supplementing documentation as requested (e.g., for regulatory filings). Should Ocugen require special handling, packaging or services, then the cost of such special handling, packaging or services will be borne entirely by Ocugen at BBIL’s prevailing rates. On Ocugen’s written request, and at Ocugen’s cost and expense, BBIL will store Adjuvant, Clinical Trial Materials, Product, COVAXINTM Drug Substance or Drug Product Components, as applicable, for up to an additional [***] following an initial period of [***] which shall also be at Ocugen’s cost following the release of such Clinical Trial Materials, Product, COVAXINTM Drug Substance or Drug Product Components by Ocugen. Such additional storage will be subject to storage fees to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

Such additional storage beyond such [*] period will be subject to Hovione’s then prevailing standard storage fees.
SHIPPING/STORAGE. 5.1 All shipments of Products from Cumberland to Perrigo will be shipped to Xxxxxxx’x designated United States facility, and will be in accordance with the reasonable instructions for shipping and packing set forth in the relevant Perrigo Product order. Delivery shall be made F.O.B., Cumberland’s shipping dock. Each order will be shipped to a single destination. Title and risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to Perrigo upon delivery to the designated carrier at Cumberland’s shipping dock. Any and all transportation and insurance costs for the Products shall be paid by Perrigo. 5.2 Perrigo shall store and distribute the Products in accordance with the Specifications.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State. 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from the participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.

  • Shipping Costs All items must be bid Freight On Board Destination (hereinafter FOB). This does not include hardware items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Actual shipping costs will apply to items shipped Alaska or Hawaii.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Shipping Instructions Unless otherwise instructed, all goods are to be shipped prepaid, FOB Destination, as defined in RCW Title 62A. Where specific authorization is granted to ship goods FOB Shipping Point, the Contractor agrees to prepay all shipping charges, to route cheapest common carrier, and to bill the UW as a separate item on the invoice for the charges. The UW reserves the right to refuse COD shipments. Regardless of FOB point, the Contractor agrees to bear all risks of loss, injury, or destruction of goods and materials ordered herein that occur prior to delivery, and such loss, injury, or destruction shall not release the Contractor from any obligation hereunder.

  • Drop Shipped Off loaded by carrier to an Agency loading dock or designated area. There will be no charge to the ordering Agency for this delivery method.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.
