Shop Stewards, Union Activities and Representation. 21 A. Union Representatives (Staff) may visit the work location of employees covered 22 by the Agreement at any reasonable time. They shall report to the appropriate manager/designee 23 upon arrival at the work site being visited. 24 B. The Union will provide the Division Human Resource Manager and the Labor 25 Negotiator with the names of Shop Stewards. When contract administration business is conducted 26 during working hours, the Shop Xxxxxxx is responsible for clearing the time taken away from work 27 with their manager or supervisor.
