Shoreside Facilities Sites Development. The City shall give Columbia its full cooperation and shall cause its employees and representatives to assist Columbia in applying for and obtaining any re-zoning, licensing, and permitting processes required by the municipality for the development of the Casino Support Facilities on the Shoreside Facilities Sites to be undertaken in an expeditious manner. If Columbia so elects, the City, at Columbia’s expense, will either apply for or jointly apply for with Columbia all U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits required to undertake the dredging and construction activity on the Yazoo River necessary to continue to dock the riverboat casino and related facilities. Upon the reversion of fee simple title to the City, any U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits or licenses received in relation to the Casino Support Facilities which are assignable or transferable shall be assigned or transferred by Columbia to the City.
