Common use of Short term--Educators who lose time due to Clause in Contracts

Short term--Educators who lose time due to. obligatory short-term emergency or annual unit training duty with the National Guard or military reserves may be granted leave with regular pay consistent with their official military orders up to a period of fifteen (15) working days per annum. During the fifteen-day (15) period, accrual of benefits will continue.
