SHORT TERM INCOME PROTECTION PLAN. Eligible Part-time Employees INTRODUCTION The following Plan is designed to provide the eligible part-time employees with some income protection if she cannot perform her normal duties due to illness or non-occupational injury. This Plan replaces the existing Cumulative Sick Leave Allowances Program and is not intended to duplicate or replace any Worker's Safety Insurance Board Benefits.
