Show Up Time / Minimum Hours. When an EMPLOYEE reports to either the shop or a job site and is unable to work due to circumstances beyond the control of the EMPLOYER, then the EMPLOYEE shall be paid two (2) hours “show up time”. Should that EMPLOYEE begin working, then EMPLOYEE shall be paid for the actual time worked.
