SHUTTLE BUS. To, subject to Clause 10.9 and the approval of the Owners’ Committee (if formed), operate or enter into contract with any other person for the operation of the shuttle bus or other vehicle services for the use and benefit of the Owners or occupiers for the time being of the Development whether on its own or together with the manager and/or owners of other neighbouring premises and during such times and at such intervals and to such destinations as the Manager may think appropriate and to manage the traffic of the shuttle buses or other vehicles and the orderly use of the same and to charge the users of the shuttle bus or other vehicle service such fares Provided That any income from such service received by the Manager shall form part of the Management Funds.

SHUTTLE BUS. Commencing no later than the Occupancy Date, Landlord shall provide shuttle bus service at the Park to and from the Stamford Train Station, the Building and the other properties within the Park.   • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.
