Management Funds definition

Management Funds means all moneys held by the Manager under this Deed including payments on account of Monthly Management Fees, Advance Payments, Management Fees Deposits, Common Utilities Deposits, Debris Removal Charges and the Special Fund;
Management Funds means all monies received, recovered or held by the Manager for the use and benefit of the Estate and the daily management of the Estate pursuant to this Deed other than the Special Funds. Such funds shall be established and maintained by the Manager including interest and charges to defray the cost of the exercise of the Manager’s powers and the performance of its duties under this Deed and the BMO and to pay the Management Expenses.
Management Funds. All monies recovered or held by the Manager pursuant to this Deed except only the Manager’s Remuneration and the Special Fund.

Examples of Management Funds in a sentence

  • Application of damages recovered (7) All damages recovered in any such proceedings mentioned in Clause (6) of this Sub-Section (E) shall be credited into the management account for the benefit of all the Owners of the Units and held as part of the Management Funds for the management of the Development and be applied accordingly.

  • Manager's Remuneration exclusive of disbursements (2) The Manager's Remuneration shall not be subject to any requirement by the Manager to disburse or provide from such money such staff referred to in Clause (1)(aj) of Subsection (B) of Section V hereof, but not further or otherwise, facilities, accountancy services, or other professional supervision the cost for which shall be a direct charge upon the Management Funds.


More Definitions of Management Funds

Management Funds. All monies recovered or held by the Manager pursuant to this Deed except only the Manager’s Remuneration and for the avoidance of doubt shall not include the Special Fund.
Management Funds. All monies received, recovered or held by the Manager in respect of the management of the Development pursuant to this Deed.

Related to Management Funds

  • Settlement Funds means moneys allocated to this state from the environmental mitigation trust specified in par. (d) and received by the state from the trustee.

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Management Accounts Date means 30 September 2010;

  • Retirement fund means the "Washington law enforcement

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.
