Sick Leave Accrual Contribution. In those instances where the employee’s sick leave accrual at the end of the year (2021) reaches the number of hours designated below, the City agrees to contribute the monetary equivalent rate of compensation for the hours set forth below: i. less than 400 hours – 0 hours contributed ii. 400 hours to 599 hours – 20 hours contributed iii. 600 hours to 799 hours – 40 hours contributed iv. 800 hours to 999 hours – 60 hours contributed v. vi. 1000 hours to 1199 hours – 80 hours contributed 1200 hours to maximum -- 100 hours contributed
