Sick leave and Payment for Accumulated Sick Leave. A. All secretarial employees and teachers shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick leave days each school year as of the first official day of said school year or work year (if a twelve (12) month employee) whether they report for duty on that day or not. Two (2) of these days may be used a year for illness of a member of the immediate family. Unused sick leave days shall be accumulated from year to year with no maximum limit.
