Sick Leave Cash Conversion. A. An employee shall have, pursuant to the following provisions, the options to convert to cash benefit payable on the last payday in December and the last payday of the school year, or carry forward the balance of any unused sick leave credit at year’s end. An employee who accrues sick leave pursuant to this agreement shall have the following options with regard to the portion of sick leave credit:
