SICK LEAVE CONVERSION UPON RETIREMENT. Section 28.1. Employees who have attained ten (10) years service with the Xxxxx County Sheriff's Office(as computed under Article 16: Seniority) may convert one-fourth (¼) of accumulated sick leave upon retirement from the Xxxxx County Sheriff's Office. Sick leave conversion under this article is only available to employees who retire and are eligible to receive a non-reduced age and service benefit.
