Sick Leave Credit Schedule. A full-time employee is entitled to a sick leave credit plan according to the following schedule: (a) one and one-half (1½) days per month for each unbroken month of service while an employee of the Corporation, or; (b) where an employee is absent from employment for a period in excess of five (5) working days in a calendar month, the sick leave credit referred to in subsection (a) shall be allowed as follows:
