Sick Leave Eligibility - Fire. Department Members having a regular or probationary appointment shall accrue sick leave credit at the rate of twenty six percent (26%) of the standard average work-week for each full month of continuous service if the employee has worked or has been on authorized leave of absence with pay. Any leave of absence without pay shall not accrue sick leave for each full pay period of such absence.
