SICK LEAVE, INJURY LEAVE. Section 28.1 Accrual of Sick Leave Employees will accrue sick leave at the rate of 4 hours for each 80 hours in active pay status in each pay period, prorated if in active pay status for less than 80 hours in the pay period to a maximum accrual of 4 hours in a calendar year.
