Sick Leave Sharing. A. Any personnel who has exhausted his/her regular sick leave may request additional days from the Superintendent. He/she will present the facts of the situation to the staff for consideration. Following this, donations of days will be requested from sympathetic personnel. If that is then exhausted, the process will be repeated as often as necessary. B. With prior board approval, the donor shall retain eligibility for the sick leave bonus and the recipient will not be eligible for the bonus.
