Sick Leave With Pay Credits. (a) All employees covered by this Agreement shall be granted sick leave with pay credit at the rate of four (4) hours of sick leave for each completed biweekly pay period of compensated service. The term "each completed biweekly pay period of compensated service" shall mean any biweekly pay period in which the employee has received compensation for forty (40) or more hours of regular time and overtime combined.
