Sick Time Cap Policy. It is the policy of Xxxxxxxx Programs that sick time is capped at 520 hours. The following apply: • The 520 sick time cap applies to all Employees and pro-rated according to hours worked. • Accrued sick time benefits can be carried over annually. • Those employed greater than 1 year and whom have not had disciplinary action surrounding sick time in the year prior are fronted their entire annual sick time as of July 1st. • If an Employee does not have space available for the entire annual sick time to be fronted, the Employee will accrue the time bi-weekly, provided there is room within the Employee’s cap. This assures Employees non-forfeiture of sick hours by allowing time to reduce their balance for ongoing accrual as space becomes available.

The following apply: • The 520 sick time cap applies to all employees and pro-rated according to hours worked. • Accrued sick time benefits can be carried over annually. • Those employed greater than 1 year and whom have not had disciplinary action surrounding sick time in the year prior are fronted their entire annual sick time as of July 1st. • The policy allows for a cap overage only in the instance of fronted sick time and is recorded with the payroll bookkeeper. The regular accrued sick time is capped at 520 hours. • As the overage is utilized, the payroll bookkeeper reduces the fronted time balance and the foundational cap is replenished. • This fronted time coverage may be used in the current year however is lost at the end of the fiscal year if unused, so may not be carried over.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Accrued 100% sick leave The use of sick leave under this subsection is at the employee's discretion.

  • Annual Paid Sick Leave Fifteen (15) days sick leave per year shall be earned by an employee at the rate of 1.25 days for every month that an employee is employed.
