Sickness While on Vacation. If an employee on vacation becomes ill or injured for a period in excess of three (3) days and a medical certificate is supplied that states the employee would not have been able to perform his/her regular duties due to such illness or injury he/she will be allowed to use Sick Pay credits for that period.
