Sidewalks, Curbing and Cartways. Developer shall construct all roadways, curbing, sidewalks, pathways, and cartways as shown on the Plans. All sidewalks, curbing, cartways, pathways, and all postal-related facilities must comply with current Americans With Disability Act (“ADA”) regulations applicable at the time of installation. Developer acknowledges that Township will not accept dedications of improvements, unless said improvements comply with the ADA standards in effect at the time of dedication. No roadway shall be constructed between November 15 and March 15 of any year without prior written approval of the Township Engineer.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.
