SIGNED REIMBURSEMENT NOTICE. Any individual and/or property owner who is subject to charges for fees or other professional services as provided in this section, shall be required to sign a written notice acknowledging the obligation to reimburse the City for professional fees and charges as provided herein. The failure of the applicant and/or property owner to sign the reimbursement notice shall not relieve the individual or property owner of their responsibility for reimbursement to the City for professional fees and expenses incurred as provided in this section.

  • Requesting Reimbursement Requests for reimbursements must be submitted via the ASAP system. Requests for reimbursement should coincide with normal billing patterns. Each request must be limited to the amount of disbursements made for the Federal share of direct project costs and the proportionate share of allowable indirect costs incurred during that billing period.

  • Payment – Invoicing Instructions The Contractor will provide an invoice on the Contractor’s letterhead for goods delivered and/or services rendered. In the case of goods, the Contractor will leave an invoice with each delivery. Each invoice will have a number and will include the following information:

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

  • Reimbursement Amount Except for the metropolitan areas listed below, the maximum reimbursement for meals including tax and gratuity, shall be: Breakfast $ 9.00 Lunch $11.00 Dinner $16.00 For the following metropolitan areas the maximum reimbursement shall be: Breakfast $11.00 Lunch $13.00 Dinner $20.00 The metropolitan areas are: Atlanta Boston Cleveland Denver Hartford Kansas City Miami New York City Portland, OR San Francisco St. Louis Baltimore Chicago Dallas/Fort Worth Detroit Houston Los Angeles New Orleans Philadelphia San Diego Seattle Washington D.C. See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Resignation Notice To resign in good standing, an employee shall give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation. Failure of an employee to give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation will result in loss of the privilege to be rehired in the Minnesota Judicial Branch. The period of notice may be reduced or waived by the Employer or its designees. The employee must be present at work on effective date of separation except as otherwise authorized by the employee's appointing authority An employee shall have the right to withdraw a written resignation within three (3) calendar days of its submission.

  • Reimbursement Process (a) Proposals shall be reviewed by the subcommittee composed of two bargaining unit members and two employer members, to be named by the Joint Committee;

  • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.

  • Reimbursement Requests This is a cost-reimbursement Agreement. Disbursement of funds under this Agreement may be requested only for necessary, reasonable, and allowable costs described in PART B, and for which the Subrecipient has made payment during the period of performance set forth in Section 2.1 above. The City agrees to reimburse the Subrecipient for such costs, and payment shall be made upon receipt of a request for reimbursement form (PART C) accompanied by a monthly accomplishment report from the Subrecipient specifying the services performed and expenses incurred. All requests for reimbursement must be accompanied by two sets of documentation: 1) case file data which confirms eligibility of the clients on whose behalf payments have been made; and 2) documentation of payment for eligible expenses (i.e., invoices, receipts, bills from vendors, copies of checks, time sheets, etc.), copies of checks from other grants etc.) received and expended, and other supporting documentation. Supporting documentation must be accompanied by an agency payment voucher providing this information and a copy of the signed check with which the payment was made. Requests for reimbursement must be received by the 15th day of the month following the month during which the expense was paid.
