Signs and Decorations. There will be no tacking or nailing of any signs or decorations or other material on walls, floors, ceiling, nor any defacing of the building.

Also, no advertising medium shall be utilized by Tenant which can be heard or experienced outside the Premises, including without limitation, flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs, radios or television.
