Community Room Sample Clauses

The Community Room clause defines the terms and conditions under which a shared space within a property, known as the community room, may be used by tenants or residents. Typically, this clause outlines permissible uses, reservation procedures, hours of operation, and any restrictions or responsibilities, such as cleaning up after use or prohibiting certain activities. Its core practical function is to ensure that all residents have clear guidelines for accessing and utilizing the community room, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining order in shared facilities.
