Community Room. Residents may use the community room for recreational or educational purposes. Resident must schedule use of community room through the Xxxxxxx View Area Desk and assumes responsibility for any cleaning and/or damage charges, including common areas spaces, such as lobby and restrooms. Resident must be present for the duration of the event. Any violations may result in loss of use of the community room. Prior to their event, residents using the community room will complete a room condition report in order to ensure any damages to the room before and after the event are noted and addressed with the correct residents.

Community Room. Many apartment complexes are furnished with a community room for your convenience. These are to be used for meetings, festivities, funerals and cultural activities (e.g., classes for cooking, handicrafts, and flower arranging, as well as chess and poetry clubs). However, they are not to be used for political meetings, religious activities or anything of a similar nature. l If you wish to use the community room, you need to seek approval in advance by submitting a "Community Room Use Application" to the Administration Service Office or the Administration Contact. l When using the community room please follow the "Community Room Usage Guidelines" and avoid disturbing other residents with loud noises. l When you have finished using the community room, please tidy up and clean the room, and confirm that all fires have been extinguished, and that all windows and doors have been closed. l You will have a benefit of a usage fee reduction if certain requirements are met. Community Room a. The applicant is responsible for set-up, take-down, removal of all debris, garbage, and/or decorations utilized for the event, and clean- up of the Community Room.
b. Bringing of tables and/or chairs for an event and the placement thereof in the Community Room requires the prior written approval of the Village Administrator, or her designee.
c. The Community Room is provided for the use of Village residents and is rented on a first-come, first-served priority basis to Village residents. Non-residents may not rent the Community Room for any consecutive series of events and/or meetings.
Community Room a. The Village will provide tables and chairs in the Community Room to accommodate the maximum of people as indicated on Page 1 of this Agreement.
b. Placement of extra tables must be approved by the Village Administrator, or her designee.
c. Tables and chairs provided by the Village need not be covered, but must be wiped off by the User/Licensee after use thereof.
Community Room. Fees for use of the Community Room are based on a minimum 2 hour block during a given day. Remember to include set-up and clean-up times and to exit the facility by 9:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and by 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at the latest. There is a “no charge” exception for: - MCJCCC and City-related boards/committees/task forces - MCJCCC and City sponsored community events Kitchen – There is an additional $50 rental fee if appliances are used for meal preparation. The kitchen is outfitted with commercial appliances. The range and convection oven will require either an experienced caterer or someone trained in using these appliances. Contact Community Center Director for proper training. ADA Accessible spaces are available in the facility parking lot. Other attendees should park in the lot across from the Silversteen Memorial Playground.
Community Room. The Community Room is equipped with cable television, seating, and recreation equipment. The Community Room is open for Housing tenants. All guests need to be accompanied by a Housing tenant or will be asked to leave. No equipment at any time may be removed from the Community Room or it will be considered theft and a violation will be issued and/or law enforcement may be called. Coin operated laundry facilities are located in the Community Room and are for resident use only. You must provide your own laundry detergents and softeners. Any problems with the machines should be reported immediately to the Director of Residential Housing.
Community Room. Tenant shall be entitled to use of the “Community Room” on the second floor of the facility between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. There is no additional charge for this use. Tenant will be responsible for cleaning of the space to “broom clean” standards on any day the room is used.
Community Room. Where applicable, a community room is available for the residents’ use. Use of the community room is intended for all residents and may be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis for personal gatherings or resident meetings. Pets are not allowed in the community room unless the pet is necessary to address the symptoms of a disability while a resident or resident’s guest is participating in an event held in the community room. Contact the property staff for further information about use of the community room.
Community Room. Control System
