Effective July 1, 2018 Single Employee 1+ Family High/ Value $574.24 HSA Plan $436.03 $854.96 $1,367.94 District contributions to the HSA trust account will be made each month, to the HSA trust account recommended by the School District Insurance Advisory Committee. Contributions for July will be made at the same time as the August contribution.
