Common use of Single Days of Vacation Protocol Clause in Contracts

Single Days of Vacation Protocol. On a trial basis for the term of the Collective Agreement, full-time employees with three (3) weeks of vacation eligibility will be able to use single days of vacation, in accordance with the following conditions: (a) Employees may use a maximum of one (1) week of their entitlement in single day increments. (b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Collective Agreement, employees who wish to use single days of vacation must advise their Store Manager no later than May 31st of each year. These employees will not schedule one (1) week of their vacation entitlement in order to use these days for single day vacations. (c) All requests for single days of vacation must be provided to the Store Manager at least twenty-one
