Common use of Site Access and Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Site Access and Work Hours. Work shall be done on a 4 x 10 schedule. The standard workday consists of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch. No work occurs on the non-working Fridays. If schedule alternative is required, BTR will communicate to Contractor’s point of contact.
