Site Councils. 1. The District may establish School Improvement and Professional Development Programs/Site-Based Decision Making Programs/21st Century Schools Councils Programs, as provided for under ORS 329.555 and 329.690; the Oregon Educational Act for the 21st Century; and/or as part of the District’s Staff/Curriculum Development Program.
