Site Deliveries. All deliveries of material shall coordinate with XXXXX’x field personnel in accordance with the site logistics plan and/or the hoisting program as applicable. Subcontractor shall schedule all deliveries in advance, as required by XXXXX’x Superintendent. Subcontractor Price includes off-hour deliveries, as deemed necessary by XXXXX. The Subcontractor, in making or ordering shipments, shall not consign or have consigned materials, equipment or any other items in the name of FLINT. FLINT is under no obligation to make payments for charges on shipments made by or to the Subcontractor, but may at its option, pay such charges, in which case the Subcontractor shall reimburse FLINT for the amount of such payments plus a service charge of 25% of the amount so paid.
Site Deliveries. A. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall ensure that all shipments made to the Hanford Site in performance of this Subcontract are packaged and loaded for safe handling and unloading. Any employee delivering to the Hanford Site or to a BUYER-controlled facility shall wear appropriate protective equipment and may be required by the BUYER to wear specific personal protective equipment (hand, eye, head, or foot protection). Deliveries to the Hanford Site or BUYER-controlled facility may be refused and/or unloading work stopped by any employee for unsafe conditions or practices.
Site Deliveries. Site to site deliveries include deliveries up to one time a week at a particular site. Deliveries must arrive by 11:00AM of the delivery date.
