Site Maintenance. Applicant agrees to keep and maintain the Property in good condition and clear of hazardous substances (other than hazardous substances used or useful in the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project in accordance with applicable law) at all times so as to avoid and prevent the creation and/or maintenance of fire or emergency hazards.
