Common use of Site Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Site Maintenance. The Developer shall ensure that the contractor maintains a clean work site. Measures shall be taken to prevent debris, refuse and other materials from leaving the site. Construction debris and other refuse generated from the project shall be removed from the site in a timely fashion and/or upon the request by the City.

After Developer has received at least forty-eight (48) hour verbal notice, the City may complete or contract to complete the site maintenance work at Developer’s expense.
