Site Perimeter Fence. The plant shall be enclosed by a grounded industrial quality 7-feet high galvanized chain link fence with three strands of barbed wire, supported by angle brackets, facing out. A gate will be provided at the plant entrance. All gates shall be built over a concrete apron that extends 3’ forward and back from the gate and 2’ beyond the width of the opening on each side. The electrical substation will also be fenced and contained a pedestrian and vehicular access gate.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Site Plan The Landlord covenants that the Center is or shall be developed in accordance with the Site Plan and that it shall be used as a retail shopping center throughout the term of this Lease. The Landlord may not modify or replace the Site Plan without the prior written consent of the Tenant, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. No such modification or replacement shall (i) reduce the ratio of parking spaces to gross leasable area of buildings in the Center shown on the Site Plan, (ii) reduce or rearrange the parking spaces cross-hatched on the Site Plan, (ii) interfere with truck access to the loading doors of the Premises, (iv) interfere with customer access to the Premises or the parking areas closest to the Premises, (v) interfere with the visibility of the Premises from the roads providing direct access to the Center or (vi) result in the construction of any buildings in the area designated "No Build Area" on the Site Plan.

  • Underground Storage Tanks Borrower shall not install or permit to be installed on the Property any underground storage tank.

  • Building Name Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the name by which the Building is designated.

  • Premises Building Project and Common Areas 1.1 Premises, Building, Project and Common Areas.

  • Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem reasonably necessary to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord (except in the case of Landlord Parties’ willful misconduct or gross negligence) and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease. Any such work must be conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption and inconvenience to Tenant.
