Electrical Substation definition

Electrical Substation means any electrical substations located on or adjacent to the Land that provide electrical service to the Premises, and any conduit or other infrastructure connecting such electrical substations to the Building and the Improvements.
Electrical Substation means a subsidiary facility of an electric power system through which electricity is passed for transmission, transformation, or distribution. For example, an electrical substation may transform high voltage electricity to low voltage electricity for distribution. An electrical substation consists of the footprint of the substation equipment, the safety zone, and the area necessary for access and parking.

Electrical Substation means a facility that provides transmission and distribution of electric power. The facility may also include areas to support the substation operations and may include storage laydown yards, storage buildings, maintenance buildings, or vehicle parking areas.
