Provide a counter that is at least 36 inches wide and no more than 36 inches high, or provide an auxiliary counter with a maximum height of 36 inches in compliance with the Standards, § 7.2(2); or provide access to services transacted at this counter through alternative means (e.g., by offering those services at an equivalent accessible location in the same area for individuals who use wheelchairs).

  • Car Rental 6.1 Vendors that must travel may rent a car at their destination when it is less expensive than other transportation such as taxis, airport shuttles or public transportation such as buses or subways.
