Common use of Skill Clause in Contracts

Skill. Contractor and everyone acting on its behalf in connection with the Work is skilled in performing the Work and in the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures related to completing the Work in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interest of Owner. Contractor is familiar with all manufacturer's instructions and specifications concerning the Work and the application, connection, erection and use of all equipment, materials and supplies incorporated into or that are a part of the Work. Contractor is also familiar with all Laws applicable to the Work, has carefully studied the Work requirements and the Plans and Specifications, has made a thorough investigation and inspection of the physical condition of the Job Site and will remain familiar with all the physical and economic risks associated with the performance of the Work and assumes all such risks.
