Common use of Skilled Trades Lead Hand Clause in Contracts

Skilled Trades Lead Hand. A skilled tradesperson shall be paid a premium of $15.00 per day when performing lead hand responsibilities to a maximum of $75.00 per week. Effective May 1, 2006, a skilled tradesperson shall be paid a premium of $17.00 per day when performing lead hand responsibilities to a maximum of $85.00 per week. Where a skilled trade is scheduled to perform Leadhand work within their trade on the weekend, will receive $15.00 per day worked and $17.00 per day effective May 1, 2006.
