SLA Change Control. Any changes to the level of Service pursuant to this SLA provided during the Term (including renewals) of the Prime Services Agreement will be requested and documented. Either Party can request a change. All changes will be documented as an addendum to this SLA. Changes will be subjected to approval of ESIC.
SLA Change Control. 10.1 The SLA has to keep changing as per ESIC information technology requirements during the course of Project. The Change Control Process applicable shall be as set forth in the Prime Services Agreement. In addition and not in derogation of the said Change Control Process the following management processes may be followed with respect to changes:
