SLO Committee. An SLO Committee will be established and comprised of four (4) bargaining unit members appointed by the Association President and four (4) administrators appointed by the Superintendent. If possible, selections should be made to include representatives from the elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school. At least one teacher placed on the SLO Committee should be at least partially evaluated based on a value-added component. If SLOs are no longer utilized under the law, the SLO Committee will be eliminated.
