Common use of SMOCKS AND APRONS Clause in Contracts

SMOCKS AND APRONS. 29.01 The Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement, it will provide aprons to employees who are required to wear same, the employee being responsible for laundering the apron, or such other arrangements as may be mutually agreed to between the employee and the Company. Special clothing such as rain coats, parkas and xxxxx’x whites will continue to be supplied by the Company, where required in accordance with past practice.
