Smoke Detectors. The Tenant shall inspect and certify that the Premises has a working smoke detector or detectors within days after taking possession thereof. If such detector(s) are not working the Tenant shall notify the Landlord promptly. The Tenant shall be responsible for keeping all smoke detectors in working order and with working batteries. The Tenant shall not disable or alter such detector(s).
