Smoking/Alcohol/Drugs. As mentioned above, everyone at Christendom endeavors to treat their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. In addition to practicing modesty, all students must treat their bodies with respect by not smoking, drinking alcohol or using illegal drugs at any time during the Program. Additionally, possessing and/or consuming alcohol or tobacco under the age of 21 is illegal in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Participants found to be in violation of the alcohol policy will be asked to leave the program.

Smoking/Alcohol/Drugs. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Roommates agree to discuss unresolved roommate problems with an advisor at the Xxxx of Students Office or Office of Student Conflict Resolution.   • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING 11.1 The parties agree that the maintenance of a drug/alcohol free work place is a goal of both the College and the Union. Employees are prohibited from possession, consumption and/or being under the influence of a controlled substance/alcohol while on the College’s premises or during time paid by the employer. Violations of this prohibition may result in a disciplinary action up to and including termination.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Substance Abuse Program The SFMTA General Manager or designee will manage all aspects of the FTA-mandated Substance Abuse Program. He/she shall have appointing and removal authority over all personnel working for the Substance Abuse Program personnel, and shall be responsible for the supervision of the SAP.
