Smoking ban. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, i.e. the apartment and common areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building.
Smoking ban. Tenant acknowledges that all smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the Building or on the Premises. Tenant acknowledges that both Tenant and Landlord are bound by the Ohio Smoking Ban set forth in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794, and Tenant, its employees, contractors, invitees, agents, customers and/or representatives shall act in accordance with the provisions of O.R.C. 3794 at all times while on the Premises.
