Common use of Social Justice Fund Clause in Contracts

Social Justice Fund. 46.01 The Employer shall contribute two hundred dollars ($200.00) to the PSAC Social Justice Fund. Contributions to the Fund will be made annually, on April 1, and shall be remitted to the PSAC National Office. Contributions to the Fund are to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters Patent of the PSAC Social Justice Fund.

Contributions to the Fund are to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters Patent of the PSAC Social Justice Fund.

Contributions to the Fund will be made annually, on April 1, and shall be remitted to the PSAC National Office. Contributions to the Fund shall be made once per fiscal year, and such contributions remitted to the PSAC National Office. Contributions to the Fund are to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters Patent of the PSAC Social Justice Fund. 52.02 This article shall come into effect on April 1, 2006.

Contributions to the Fund will be made annually, on April 1, and shall be remitted to the PSAC National Office. Contributions to the Fund are to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters Patent of the PSAC Social Justice Fund.

Social Justice Fund. 46.01 45.01 The Employer shall contribute two hundred dollars One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($200.001500) to the PSAC Social Justice Fund. Contributions to the Fund on March 1st of each year and will be made annually, on April 1, and shall be remitted forwarded to the PSAC National Office. Contributions to the Fund are to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters Patent of the PSAC Social Justice Fund.
