Common use of Social Justice Fund Clause in Contracts

Social Justice Fund. The Company will contribute one cent (1¢) per hour worked to the CAW Social Justice Fund and such contribution will be made for straight time hours worked only and will not be made for over time hours or premium hours. Hours not worked, even though compensated in accordance with a specific provision of the Agreement and deemed to be hours worked for other purposes, shall not be considered to be hours worked for purposes of this Fund.
