Common use of Social Justice Fund Clause in Contracts

Social Justice Fund. (c) The Company agrees to contribute 1¢ per hour worked for each employee covered by the terms of this Agreement to the Social Justice Fund. The Company agrees to forward the contributions quarterly to the Bank of Montreal, Transit # 2465 Account # 1018-788. (d) The Company will forward the number of employees, the number of hours used in the payment calculation and the period of time covered to the Employee Advocate of each division covered by the Agreement and to the following address at the same time the contributions are made: CAW/Social Justice Fund, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0.
