Common use of Social Justice Fund Clause in Contracts

Social Justice Fund. 52.01 The Employer agrees to provide the PSAC an annual contribution to the PSAC Social Justice Fund equivalent to one cent (1¢) per hour for all hours worked by each employee in the Bargaining Unit. The payment will be provided to the PSAC on September 30th of each year. Contributions to the Fund are to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters of Patent of the PSAC Social Justice Fund.

Contributions to the Fund are will be made on March 31 st of each year, and such contributions remitted to the PSAC National Office. 17.02 It is clearly understood that this Fund is to be utilized strictly for the purposes specified in the Letters of Patent of the PSAC Social Justice FundFund charter.
