Social Media Widgets. The Services may include links that direct you to other websites or services whose privacy practices may differ from ours. Your use of and any information you submit to any of those third-party sites is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.

Social Media Widgets. A “Widget” is a stand-alone application used on our sites to display information or to invite Users to interact with the sites and Services in a variety of ways. Such Widgets include the Facebook “Like” button and the Twitter “Tweet”, or any other “Share” button that allows User to share content on a number of social media websites. These Widgets may collect User’s IP address, which page User is visiting on our sites, and may set a Cookie to enable the feature to function properly. User understands that social media features and Widgets are hosted by a third party or directly on our sites. Irrespective of host, User understands that these features are governed by the third party privacy policies of the company providing the feature.
Social Media Widgets. The Sites may include social media features, such as the Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter widgets. These features may collect information about your IP address and the pages you visit on our Site as well as other Personal Information. A cookie may be set to ensure that a feature properly functions. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

  • Social Media Policy Employee understands that no information about his/her location, plans for the day or pictures of family members should be shared on any social media network. Employee will also not tell strangers to the family (i.e. caregiver’s friends) where he/she is spending the day, unless the family has authorized.

  • Social Media As part of the functionality of the Website, you may link your account with online accounts you may have with third party service providers (each such account, a “Third Party Account”) by either: (i) providing your Third Party Account login information through the Website; or (ii) allowing Company to access your Third Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third Party Account login information to Company and/or grant Company access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating Company to pay any fees or making Company subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third party service providers. Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third Party Accounts may be available on and through your account on the Website. Please note that if a Third Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or Company’s access to such Third Party Account is terminated by the third party service provider, then Social Network Content may no longer be available on and through the Website. You will have the ability to disable the connection between your account on the Website and your Third Party Accounts at any time. You acknowledge and agree that Company may access your e-mail address book associated with a Third Party Account and your contacts list stored on your mobile device or tablet computer solely for the purposes of identifying and informing you of those contacts who have also registered to use the Website. At your request made via email to our email address listed below, or through your account settings (if applicable), Company will deactivate the connection between the Website and your Third Party Account and delete any information stored on Company’s servers that was obtained through such Third Party Account, except the username and profile picture that become associated with your account.

  • Social Services For Applicants residing in a state NB is licensed, NB will conduct the home study and post-placement services. If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services. The Applicant understands and consents to the professional exchange of their information between NB and the local home study agency.

  • Media Relations 7.1 Elected officers or appointed committee chairpersons of the Union shall be allowed to speak or comment to the media while on duty provided they change into civilian clothes and provided further, that they do not purport to represent the views of the Department. The Chief's office shall be informed in advance, whenever possible, of such contact with the media. No member shall leave their duty or work station without specific prior approval of the Chief of the Department or authorized management official. Approval shall include consideration of the operating needs and work schedules of the Department or division to which the member is assigned.

  • JOB XXXXXXX (a) There shall be a Xxxxxxx on each job at all times, who shall be a Union Member in good standing, and shall be appointed by the Business Representative, from amongst the Employees on the job. The Union shall notify the Employer, in writing, who their Xxxxxxx is. If the Employer disapproves of the said appointed Xxxxxxx, they shall immediately notify the Union, in writing, stating the reasons for their disapproval. If not acceptable, the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the reasons for disapproval, and if necessary, grievance procedure will be followed. In the event he/she cannot adjust them, he/she must promptly report that fact to the Business Representatives of the Union, so STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure can be followed through. He/She shall see that the provisions of this Agreement are complied with and report the true conditions and facts. It is recognized as the Employer’s responsibility to make whatever provisions are necessary for the care of injured worker. It shall be the duty of the Xxxxxxx to see that the Employer fulfils its obligation. The Employer agrees that when Employees are laid-off, all things being equal, the Xxxxxxx will be one of the last employees laid-off. The Employer further agrees that the Xxxxxxx will not be transferred to another jobsite unless mutually agreed by the Employer Representative and the Union Representative. The Union agrees that the Xxxxxxx shall not be changed without prior notification to the Employer.

  • SHOP XXXXXXX (a) The Union may elect or appoint a Shop Xxxxxxx or Shop Stewards to represent the employees and the Union shall notify the Company as to the name or names of such Shop Xxxxxxx or Shop Stewards. The Company agrees that no Shop Xxxxxxx shall suffer any discrimination by reason of holding such office.
